Term 1 report cards will be sent home with students on Friday, February 1st. Please contact the school office if you need to make special arrangements for pick-up.

Advantages to Being on Time to School
- Smooth transition period - students who arrive at school with time to spare have the opportunity to settle into the classroom, prepare their materials and focus their minds on the lessons to come.
- Important information – a typical school day starts with announcements and introductions to new lessons and concepts.
Schools cancelled due to power outage
Due to the extended power failure in the City of Regina, we will be closing a number of our schools.
Parents must pick up their students or give permission to the schools to release them.
Schools will remain open for students who cannot go home.
The following is a list of schools that will be closed for classes at 11:45 am, if you do not see your school name classes continue today.

Planned Power Outage November 22
Division office has been informed by SaskPower that McLurg School will not be affected by the planned power outage on Thursday, Nov 22nd. School will be open as usual. Please contact the school office if you have questions.
McLurg Clothing Drive
McLurg School is currently collecting donations of gently used winter clothing (outdoor coats, gloves, toques, boots, etc). Donations are being accepted until November 15th and can be dropped off at the school. Thank you for your support.
November Conferences
McLurg School will be holding Term 1 conferences on November 13, 2018 (Kindergarten "A", Gr 1-8) and November 14, 2018 (Kindergarten "B" only). Families will be able to book conference times beginning October 31, 2018. More information regarding creating an online account and for booking a conference can be found here.
