Treaty 4 Flag Raising

The McLurg School community is invited to be part of the Treaty 4 Flag raising on June 5, 2019. The schedule for the morning is as follows:

  • 7:00 am - Tipi Raising (community is invited to help)
  • 7:30 am - Pipe Ceremony in Tipi (adults are invited to attend but only men participate in the ceremony) and Treaty Four Flag smudge
  • 9:15 am - Flag Raising

McLurg Family in Need

On March 17, 2019, one of our McLurg families suffered a serious house fire in which they lost their home. McLurg School is holding a money/gift card drive in support of the family. Donations will be accepted until Thursday, March 21st and can be dropped off at the school office. Cheques can be made payable to McLurg School. We will not be accepting household items, clothing, etc.

 

Parent Forum 2019

For this year's parent forum, Regina Public Schools will present an evening with Chief Evan Bray titled, "Community Wellness Equals Community Safety" on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Campus Regina Public. Everyone is welcome but seating is limited so please RSVP to info@rbe.sk.ca or call (306) 523-3000 by March 29th if you wish to attend.
